About Us and Our Founder
Dr. Burl Randolph, Jr., DM, wears many hats. He is a retired US Army Colonel with nearly 32 years of service and is a three-time combat veteran of Iraq.
He founded MyWingman, LLC in 2015 to 'Inspire Legacies That Last.' Dr. Randolph combines his extensive military leadership experience and education to motivate inspired leaders to reach their full potential. He served as CEO four times and holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership.
He applies battle-tested principles to business and community leadership development, with a focus on coaching, strategic planning, and corporate training.
