My unique value proposition (UVP) (and Tagline) of "Helping Leaders Design Legacies That Last" (c) was created in 2015 as part of an executive leadership exercise. That initial UVP morphed into "Inspiring Legacies That Last" (c). On Nov 8, 2017, Mandala Integrative Lifestyle graciously filmed an interview with the Director of Operations, Mr. Farrakh Khawaja, at the Davenport facilities. The main interview question was: "Why do you do what you do?"

Peer Advisory Group Development
An international company in the peer advisory group (PAG) industry sought expansion into this local area. We successfully developed the PAG concept within the region by expanding its use in various local organizations, illustrating the need to connect the DOTS - Diversity of Thoughts. Our PAG also highlighted the benefits of one-to-one coaching with CEOs, business owners, and Executive Directors.
Restructuring - Downsizing
A coaching client presented an organizational restructuring problem. The company needed to reduce costs to remain competitive within its industry, which included reorganizing equipment and implementing layoffs. We helped them determine the best new equipment to purchase and how to lay off employees with dignity and respect for a specified period. The company successfully executed the plan, and remains a formidable firm within their industry and community.
Training a New Performance Management System
A local firm specializing in HR and training required assistance in fulfilling a government contract. The task involved training government service (GS) civilians and military personnel on a new Department of Defense Performance Management and Appraisal Program (DPMAP). A contract requirement was knowledge of the previous PM system. Only our company met the requirement and trained over 700 government personnel.
DEIB Program Development
Based on the events surrounding George Floyd, a major company sought a comprehensive overhaul of its diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) program. Our firm developed and facilitated a 32-hour curriculum which the company adopted and taught throughout the organization. The program is still being used within the organization today.
Business Transition
A business owner approached us, seeking to make a business transition. He desired to sell the most physically demanding part of his firm to free up assets for his other Line of Business. Our market analysis indicated that based on market conditions over the previous three years, selling that LOB would be unfeasible. We recommended selling the equipment and supplies, which would, in effect, be the same as selling that LOB, only piecemeal. Over a two year period, the business owner reports achieving the desired effect.
Book Editing and Publishing
A prospective client approached us requiring book writing, editing, publishing, and promoting services. After successful completion of the product, our market analysis discovered a gap in the self-publishing industry and developed a process to provide these services throughout the U.S. We currently have edited and published nine books. Using our services internally has produced three books, with two best-selling and award-winning books.
