Staying inspired during any crisis is tough. Although many Americans and business owners work from home on a regular basis, there is nothing regular about Social Distancing. Although Social Distancing is required, it is not normal or routine.
To help in a small way, I am offering Inspired, Not Retired: Leadership Lessons from Father to Son Kindle Edition for free from Friday, April 3, 2020 to Saturday, April 4, 2020. This allows anyone who would like Inspired as an e-book, whether you have the paperback or not, to download it for FREE. No strings attached. No contest to enter. No information to provide. One FREE download to the device of your choice. Although I have created and read e-books before, the technology provides a different experience from a paperback. I wanted all the Bells-and-Whistles that were available for my e-book, and added them in. Some of the highlights I found interesting:
Text-to-Speech: Enabled . One of my friends told me, "Burl, I don't read books. I have them read to me." I thought, 'How neat!' Then I met someone who had impaired sight, and it really hit home how necessary this feature may be for some people. You can change the voice to male or female, your druthers.
These are just a few of the features available on an e-book. You can also download the e-book for FREE as a gift for someone else if e-books are not your thing. This e-book can be read on various tablets, Android phones, iphones, and ipads.
While we are all grappling with ways to stay engaged and inspired, something free and useful may be just what is needed.
Please Share this blog with friends, family, coworkers, and whoever you believe may be interested.
God Bless, Stay Safe, and as always...
