Moving outside our comfort zone is rarely easy. I know that audiobooks are a great market, even though they account for only 2% of book sales. But I also know how laborious this process is, with advertising for narrators, conducting auditions, and finding the right voice. Then there is reviewing the work, submitting changes, editing, and deciding whether to publish it.
