Trauma Healing: It’s A Process

Extended Trauma REBOOT Registration
Extended Trauma REBOOT Registration Flyer

The first step in trauma healing is to admit you have trauma. The second step is to seek help.

Trauma REBOOT helps with the second step and is a process. This is why we extended our registration until October 8, 2025. Some people can come forward on their own; others need a support partner, while others just require a gentle nudge in the right direction. Whatever the case, this extended registration period allows people the time to make an informed decision about trauma healing and to understand that trauma healing is a real and effective approach.

There are no easy answers or quick fixes, but a commitment to yourself, your family, and your support group. Please share this information on your social media networks or print the flyer to share with a friend. And, register if you need help with your trauma healing. Watch this short video that explains what REBOOT is about.

REBOOT Recovery of the Quad Cities is a 501(c)(3) that operates through donations and sponsorships. We offer 12-week courses for free, starting with a 30-minute meal and 1.5 hours of classroom facilitation. Trauma REBOOT is normally 50 percent veterans and also has first responders and people from all walks of life, education levels, and socioeconomic statuses. Our other courses, Military and First Responder REBOOTs, are available when we have enough professionals from these fields to form a course.
